Autumn 2010

Wednesday, November 24

I'm so thankful Thanksgiving is not at my house this year.  It's been a crazy week with no school and a sick kid.  Everyone is better and ready to visit with family now - yay!   Here a just a few photos from this fall for Scott's Assignment #10.

I took a bunch of shots with the girls in our leaves before they got rained on.  Here is just one.

This one was taken in sunny Ashland, Oregon and it was an experiment with the zoom lens.  I wonder if this is what a bird sees when it is flying towards a tree.

The next two were taken a couple weeks ago just a mile from my house.
I love the St. John's Bridge, so photogenic.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm so thankful that we're not expecting guests, because (as expected!) the turkey cooking (aka roasting) is NOT going smoothly. *sigh*

Those are some gorgeous fall pictures. I really like the one of the park and bridge... and the cute little mushroom, and your sweet girls in the leaves. The tree looks cool, but it makes me dizzy LOL. I'll have to show Melissa, she was just experimenting with that today.

(I haven't forgotten about your e-mail, I'll get to it. Soon I hope!)

The St. John's Bridge shot is stunning.

I tried the zoom shot once, also with a tree and it was a lot of fun. :)
