You Capture - What Inspires Me

Thursday, November 18

My kids were the first thing to inspire my photography, I however didn't take any photos of them this week, but these were at least taken this month.

I think the St. John'a Bridge in Portland is what really inspired my to branch out from taking kids photos. Also, try not to be grossed out by the slimy mushroom I found under the bridge.

The last thing that inspires me is my 60mm macro lens that lets you get really close to nature.  By the way, I have absolutely no idea what this is, but I thought it looked interesting.  It also takes beautiful portraits.

Your kids are charming! I love the foggy bridge pic and I don't get grossed out by mushrooms since I love to eat them.

I really want a macro lens. I just love the detail of those shots; incredibly intriguing.

Nice capture. :-)

Well, you certainly did get some great pictures. It's nice the way inspiration grows and leads us on to more and better things.

Nice captures! I really like the bridge picture and the macro shot. It reminds me of something out of Dr. Seuss.

I don't know what I would do without my macro lens! ;-)

The bridge looks really cool in the fog. I don't think the mushrooms are gross at all.. and if you don't mind a little photo tip, next time you can clean up the leaves around them, to make the mushrooms stand out more.
LOVE the last one! And of course your girls are adorable as always.
